We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services nationwide with completely free delivery charges. To place a COD order, please message your name, address, and an active mobile number via WhatsApp to 01798-750383.

🔹 Booking Money Policy

For all products priced above ৳5,000, a minimum advance payment (Booking Money) of ৳2,000 is required for per product. The remaining balance can be paid in cash to the delivery person upon receiving the product or at the courier point for locations outside Dhaka City.

🔹 Payment Methods

Customers must specify their preferred payment method (Bkash, Online, or Bank) at the time of ordering.

Accepted Payment Channels:

  • bKash / Nagad: (Merchant/transaction charges apply).

  • SSLCOMMERZ Online Payment: (Gateway charges apply).

  • Bank Check: Products will be delivered only after the check has been successfully cleared.

🧾 Payment & Delivery Policy – Detailed Guidelines

🔹 Order Confirmation & Payment via bKash

Payment via Website: 👉 Click Order Confirmation By bKash ➤ Buy Now Button ➤ Checkout ➤ Select bKash Payment option and complete the transaction. (Please mention the Product Name and Model Number in the Reference field).

Payment via bKash App: 📲 Open bKash ➤ Make Payment ➤ Enter 01798750383 ➤ Amount 2,000 ➤ Confirm Payment.

[!IMPORTANT] Once the payment is complete, you must provide the Transaction ID (TrxID), the last three digits of your number, or a screenshot via WhatsApp or Phone. After verification, an online invoice will be issued within 30 minutes, and the delivery process will begin.

🚚 Delivery & Installation Policy

🔹 Delivery Time:

  • Inside Dhaka: Home delivery within 1 to 8 hours.

  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery via courier service within 24–72 hours.

🔹 Free Delivery Policy:

  • Inside Dhaka: Delivery is provided up to the ground floor of your location. If the product needs to be carried to upper floors without a lift, additional labor charges must be borne by the customer.

  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery is provided only up to the courier point.

    • For Cash on Delivery (Condition), an additional 1% courier charge applies. To avoid this 1% charge, customers may pay the full amount via Bank Transfer instead of just the booking money.

🔹 Courier Service Guidelines: We exclusively use Sundarban Courier Service and SA Paribahan. We do not use other services to prevent product damage or loss.

  • Custom Courier Choice: If you prefer a different courier, the full payment must be made in advance. We will provide a video of the product before shipping. Any damage during transit will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

🛠️ Installation Policy (Inside Dhaka Only)

Free installation is available in Dhaka under the following conditions:

  1. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon delivery. Technicians will not start work until payment is cleared, as installed units cannot be returned.

  2. Standard Installation: Applies if the unit can be installed from a balcony/floor or ground level, or if grills are already cut for easy access.

  3. Hanging Work: If technicians must use ropes or belts to hang outside, additional charges will apply based on floor height and risk.

  4. Uninstallation: Removing an old AC is not free. Please inform us during the order; separate service charges apply.

⚠️ Important Technical Notes

⚡ Electrical Line & Plug:

  • Manufacturers do not include power plugs with ACs. For safety, we recommend using a high-quality plug (to be purchased by the customer).

  • Customers must arrange their own professional electrician for any necessary electrical wiring or power point setup.

🧩 Additional Materials & Costs:

  1. Copper Pipe: 10 feet of pipe is included for free. Extra pipe costs (per foot):

    • 1 Ton: ৳400 | 1.5 Ton: ৳500 | 2 Ton: ৳600

  2. Outdoor Unit Bracket (Angle):

    • 1–2 Ton: ৳1,500 | 2.5–3 Ton: ৳2,500 | 4–5 Ton: ৳3,500
