Delivery Process:

  • Order Confirmation Process ক্রেতা অর্ডার  নিশ্চিত করার ৩০ মিনিটের মধ্যে অনলাইন ইনভয়েস ইসু হবে এবং ক্রেতাকে কল দিয়ে নিশ্চিত করে পন্য ডেলিভারি হবে। 
  • ঢাকা সিটিতে সর্বচ্চ ১-৮ ঘণ্টা এবং ঢাকা সিটির বাইরে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসে দেয়ার সর্বচ্চ ২৪-৭২ ঘন্টার ভিতর পন্য ডেলিভারি হবে।
  • সমগ্র দেশে ডেলিভারি ফ্রী তবে ঢাকা সিটির বাইরে কন্ডিশনে পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে টাকা আসার ১% অতিরিক্ত চার্জ যেটা কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস কম্পানি নিয়ে থাকে সেটা ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।

  • আমরা সর্বদা ভুগান্তি থেকে রক্ষা করতে সর্বদা সাভাবিক পরিস্থিতিতে ফ্রী ইনস্টলেশন প্রদান করে থাকি।
  • ফ্রি  ইনস্টলেশন এর ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই আপনার স্পেস পরিস্কার থাকতে হবে, অর্থত আমরা যে জায়গায় এসি ইনস্টলেশন করবো সেখানে পুরাতন কোন এসি বা বিদ্যুতের লাইন না থাকলে আমরা সেটা করে দিবো না। অর্থাত আমরা শুধু মাত্র আমদের নতুন এসি ইনস্টলেশন করে দিবো কোন পুরাতন এসি খুলবো না, এটা ক্রেতার দায়িত্ব তার পুরাতন এসি খুলে রাখা।
  • অবশ্যই যদি পুরাতন এসি লাগানো থাকে তবে আমাদের আগেই অবহীত করতে হবে  এবং এসির প্রকার ভেদে খুলার চার্জ ২০০০-৬০০০/- পর্যন্ত প্রদান করতে হবে অথবা ক্রেতা নিজ দায়িত্বে সেটা খুলে আমাদের নতুন এসি ইনস্টলেশনের সুজোগ করে দিবেন।
  • পুরাতন এসি যদি লাগানো থাকে সেটা যদি আমাদের ক্রয়ের সময় অবহীত না করা হয় তবে এসি ইনস্টলেশন বন্ধ থাকবে, কারন আমাদের সিডিওল মেন্টেন করতে হয়, পরবর্তিতে এসির স্পেস ক্লিন থাকার সাপেক্ষে নতুন শিডিউল অনুযায়ী ফিটিং ম্যান যাবে, তবে অবশ্যই ক্রেতাকে যাতায়াত খারচ বহন করতে হবে।
  • সাভাবিক পরিস্থিতিতে কি ? উত্তরঃ বাসার বেলকনিতে, সর্বচ্চ পাঁচ তলা ভবনের টপ ফ্লরের ছাদে বা গাউন্ড ফ্লরে ফ্রী ইনস্টলেশন এর আওতাধীন।
  • বাহিরে এসির আউটডোর সেট করার ক্ষেত্রে চার্জ এড হবে সেটা ১৫০০/- থেকে ৪০০০/- পর্যন্ত হতে পারে।  সকল টেকনিশিয়ান সমান দক্ষতা সম্পন্ন হয় না, তাই সকলে হাই রাইজ বিল্ডিংএ বা বাহিরে ঝুলন্ত অবস্থায় কাজ করতে পারে না। সেই সাথে সিনিয়র টেকনিশিয়ানের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী সল্পতার এবং সর্ব্দাই তারা সার্ভিসে ব্যস্ত থাকে।
  • আমরা কখনোই থার্ড পার্টি সার্ভিস সেন্টার বা আমাদের আন অথরাইজ বা আন অফিসিয়াল কাউকে দিয়ে ক্রেতার এসি ইনস্টলেশন করি না। ক্রেতা নিজ দায়িত্বে চাইলে ইনস্টলেশন করে নিতে পারে। সেই ক্ষেত্রে কোন সমস্যা হলে অফিসিয়াল সেলস বা ডিলার পয়েন্ট দায়ী থাকবে না।
  • বাহিরে এসির আউটডোর সেট করার আগে অবশ্যই অথরাইজ পারসন এর সাথে কথা বলে নিশ্চিত হয়ে নিবেন।
  • মনে রাখবেন সকল টেকনিশিয়ান সমান দক্ষতা সম্পন্ন হয় না এবংবাহিরে ঝুলন্ত অবস্থায় কাজ করতে পারে না, তাই দুর্ঘটনা এরাতে আমাদের সাথে পরামর্শ করার অনুরোধ করছি।\
  • আমরা সর্বদা আপনাদের মঙ্গল কামনায়, তাই এসি কিনার সময়ই ইনস্টলেশন নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আমাদের সাথে কথা বলুন এবং দুর্ঘটন্তনা এড়াতে থার্ড পার্টি টেকনিশিয়ান হতে বিরত থাকুন ।

বিঃদ্রঃ অনেক সময় ক্রেতা বেলকনিতে এসি ইনস্টলেশন নিশ্চিত করে পেমেন্ট করেন এবং আমরা সেই অনুযায়ী টেকনিশিয়ান পাঠাই, কিন্তু যে কোন কারনেই হতে পারে আপনি বাহিরে এসির আউটডোর সেট করতে চাচ্ছেন। সে ক্ষেত্রে অপনাকে হাই রাইজ চার্জ সহ যদি টেকনেশিয়ান চেঞ্জ করতে হয় তবে যাতায়াত খরচ আপনাকেই বহন করতে হবে এবং সিডিউল অনুযায়ী নতুন করে টেকনেশিয়ান যাবে অথবা অর্ডার কেন্সেল করে পণ্য ফিরত দিতে পারেন।  সেই ক্ষেত্রে  ডেলিভারি চার্জ  ১০০০/- এবং টেকনেশিয়ান চার্জ ১০০০/-  পেমান্ট এমাউন্ট থেকে বাদ যাবে।
